Hi all

Yay, we made it through the first week of the year and having actually rested (ie. not answered emails for a whole 2 weeks) I am feeling raring to go.

I cannot remember the last time that I took time off like this. It took a lot of will power not to respond to emails during my staycation festive rest. I’m sorry if you were waiting on a response from me but putting my creative self first is key to my spiritual process this year. I highly recommend it.

What to think about prior to joining

Reflect on your past year - the good and the not so good
What do you love about your life ie. what do you want more of?
What do you need to change?
What would you really love? (you know, that secret thing that you don't even tell anyone).

What to bring (optional)

A journal or notebook and something to write with (I am old fashioned I enjoy using paper but if you use your computer that is fine)
Any vision boards or reflections on the previous year that you have already done
Curiosity and enthusiasm for what could be...
