From humble beginnings of “not feeling anything” to becoming a leading name in Scotland’s Reiki community, my guest this week shows us what life can offer when we step into trust.
Reiki, spiritual mentoring, women’s circles, rites of passage and support as a birth and death doula are among the many strings to Lorna’s bow. Grab and cuppa and settle in to listen to Lorna’s wonderful sharing of her Reiki path.
Highlights of this conversation:
Lorna’s story into Reiki, teaching Reiki to kids, how to give yourself Reiki every day, Lorna’s spiritual connection to water and guidance on how to bless your water plus we also discuss the Rites of the Five Seals, a new offering connected to the energies of Mary Magdalene and Yeshua.

Lorna McLean is a spiritually rooted Reiki teacher, holistic therapist, and guide based in Glasgow. Born in the late 1950s she grew up with a quiet sensitivity and a love for animals and roses. Although her early career led her into the structure of corporate insurance, her inner life continued to reach towards deeper meaning and a more soulful way of being. The discovery of Transcendental Meditation in her twenties opened a doorway into stillness and subtle awareness, gently guiding her onto a lifelong path of spiritual enquiry and energy-based healing.

How does spending 5 days immersed in a beautiful walled garden on the coast of Scotland with a small group of like minded souls (as well as three goats, some chickens and a loving golden retriever) sound?
How would it feel to be held in a sacred container while you connect to the earth, reset your nervous system, breathe with the plants, expand your energy field, create with nature, experience ceremony, receive healing and offer plant blessings?
Enrolment is now open for this year’s summer school - find out more here
thank you
Fay
